Ken, I think you can push to get this done. Let me get the right feature code for you and you can tell your system administrator exactly what to order.
Jenny what is the feature code for someone in the US to upgrade from RDp
8.0 to RDi 9.0 for free using the Passport Advantage channel?
Let us know what issues your system administrator is facing and we will help iron them out. Hopefully he remembers his IBM ID and password.

It still appears that I cannot export the license form RDP 8.0/8.5 to license RDI 9.0....
I asked the system administrator about registering my RDI, and he say:
"...Using Passport Advantage to license products is just soooo hard..."
And they are trying to work out the problems....
So, I am stuck on RDP 8.0 for now... (RDP 8.5 has too many memory leak issues. It locks up on me lot! <frown>
