Some products will say that they are already installed if you go to
install it again or install a newer version. Just click OK and carry on.

Make sure that you select the administrative install unless you have
specifically installed RDI/RDP previously as a user install.

I had the same concerns. I found that if you go ahead and download it
with the IM, it recognizes that you already have it and doesn't reinstall
it. Yes, it would make more sense to point you to a repository like the
FAQ said it would do, but known was provided.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Data Studio 4.1

I have been poking around the IBM web site for a while now looking for
Data Studio 4.1. I would really just like to have the Installation
Manager repository location, but I can't find that anywhere. The download
for 4.1 makes me install Installation Manager again and the included
repository is for Data Studio 3.2 not 4.1.

Can anyone enlighten me? I have RDi 9.0 and would like to try out Data
Studio. BTW, I have version 1.7 of Installation Manager.
