I can't seem to find this. I looked at the panels in LPEX
Editor-Parsers, Parser Associations, Parser Styles, but I don't see
anything for "Enter Key Behavior" when I highlight ILERPG (sure would
like to find this).

In ILE RPG, the parser provides an Enter key action. You will need to
disable 'Enter key behavior' preferences on the ILE RPG parser
preference
page in order to then be able to set the Enter to your own action.
