Those things are the bits and pieces that come from Eclipse. Emphasis
is what Eclipse does when you search for a string either through the
Ctrl-F dialogue or the findText command.

The OP wants to have only 3 comment lines stand out, not every comment
line. I'll ponder that one a bit more.
