Change the default for the Compile command

RDi 7.5.0

I want to CRTPF with *NOMAX record as default instead of 10,000 records. I can prompt for it but isn't there a way to change the default? "Work with compile commands" seems like the right choice, but it works just once, like the prompt choice.

This must be possible but I can't find instructions, and the intuitive answer isn't. At least, not for me.
