Guessing it's to manually install the latest IBM Installation Manager.

I will be adding that to my path to get it installed. But I thought
I'd see if there is other work-arounds. I only found this out because
I manually ran `imLauncherWindows.bat` as that DOS box went by so fast
I couldn't read it.

Are you trying to install the download from Passport Advantage, ESS or
the trial? I fear it makes a difference...
