I wanted to tell all of you plugin-providers how much we appreciate all of
the value you are adding to the platform. I inquired about the possibility
of an early release under non-disclosure etc. But unfortunately there is
not enough runway for us to clear all of the legal hurdles before you will
have the actual release in your hand. But this is an excellent suggestion.
If you are interested in such a program, you can send me your name, email,
phone number, company, and plugin and I will try to create a registry of
plugin providers. That way we will be better prepared for next time.

We are on Eclipse 4.2.2, so I encourage you to make sure that your plugins
are able to run on this level of Eclipse. I realize that may be
challenging without our code, but that is the best I can do at this point.

Ditto here. The jump from 7.6 to 8.0 burned us a bit (where the Eclipse
version changed).

The Eclipse jump that 9.0 includes has me nervous.
