It's normal. The debugger can't show the variables in a subroutine in that tab,
something to do with the way the debug engine works. To check the values, you
either have to hover over the variables in the source or set monitors for them
and use the monitors tab.

Hello,
I searched in the archives, and I could not find an answer for the
"issue" that I am having. When in the main part of the program, the
Variables tab shows all of the variables in the program, but once I step
into a subroutine, I get No local variables are available for the
selected stackframe. Is this normal, or do I have something set up
incorrectly.
