I almost never use the outline (except to enable content assist) but still I'd like to see "Fields" called "Variables" and list everything there.
"Fields"? I dropped that term with RPGII.

like the idea of keeping system reserved indicators in the indicators

One of the things I like about this forum is that it reveals features
that I haven't used or discovered yet. The whole global definitions
section is largely an untapped resource for me, and one of the posts
jogged my memory about using content assist. Good stuff.

I would prefer named indicators be listed as fields, while system reserved
indicators (*INxx, LR, etc) stay under indicators. A named indicator does
not jump out as an indicator unless you spend time analyzing how it is
used; system indicators are more obvious.

If listed as a field, the data type is shown to the right, making it
easier to recognize.
