You are entitled to 8.5.
Quickest way you'll probably get it is to download the 8.5 trial and then apply your license to it.

You can't really upgrade from 8.03 to 8.5. You have to install 8.5.

I bought a 1 year license to RDP. My about screen shows this:



IBM Rational Developer for Power Systems Software 5724-Y99, 5733-RDG,
5733-RDH, 5733-RDJ, 5733-RDC

Version: 8.0.3



Charles Guarino did a good session at Common on how to get started with
RDP.
He also mentioned that 8.5 is out.



How do I upgrade? I tried installation manager but it doesn't show RDP.
It
shows the license manager and the installation manager.
