While I haven't used this feature in the past, I agree with Mike. If I use this feature in the future, I would likely look in the fields section first because it may not be apparent what data type it is. I like the idea of keeping system reserved indicators in the indicators section and having named indicators in the fields section.

One of the things I like about this forum is that it reveals features that I haven't used or discovered yet. The whole global definitions section is largely an untapped resource for me, and one of the posts jogged my memory about using content assist. Good stuff.

I would prefer named indicators be listed as fields, while system reserved indicators (*INxx, LR, etc) stay under indicators. A named indicator does not jump out as an indicator unless you spend time analyzing how it is used; system indicators are more obvious.

If listed as a field, the data type is shown to the right, making it easier to recognize.
