The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I have a brand new (1 Aug 2012) licence for RDP 8.5 via Passport Advantage.
I'd like to open a PMR electronically, because it'll be easier to
include screen shots than to describe over the phone. (Yes, this is
about the debugger breadcrumb issue.)
I /think/ the way to do that is through

That tells me my Basic Access is pending approval.
Any idea how long this will take?
Failing that bit of information, am I even in the right place?
Perhaps a better question (better answer?) would be an explanation of
how software services are provided.
