Thanks Eric. I hate to lose the outline auto-update but the positioning
functionality makes me more productive than the outline view changes.

Thanks,

Tommy,

It looks like a bug. Please contact support for this.

If you turn off the preference for updating the ILE RPG outline view when
text changes, you will get the previous behaviour.

Thanks,
Eric

Subject: [WDSCI-L] RDP v8.5 split view & outline

Sent by: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx

In v8.0 if I had multiple views of a source member open and say I had the
2nd view "in focus" and clicked on a subprocedure, etc in the outline it
would position that 2nd view to that line. With v8.5 no matter what I do
clicking any in the outline repositions the 1st view only. Is there a
setting somewhere that controls this behavior or is this a bug perhaps?
Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks,
Tommy Holden
