I'll be honest, I don't have great hopes for a lot of people backing
this unless other people make use of parser associations, but here it
is:

Live Outline will not work with non-standard parser associations.
Currently it will give a pop-up error dialog when the live outline
tries to run. I have an open PMR for this (don't have the APAR #
yet), and I was told they would fix it so it wouldn't give a pop-up
error, however I was told that Live Outline will simply not work for
these non-standard parser associations. So here's my RFE:
