He's asking about the order of parameters...not the procedures themselves...

I'd say yes, parms should always be in source order...I can not see
how rearranging them provides any help and in fact could be could
quite detrimental if you didn't realize they had been re-arranged.

I put in an RFE to not (or optionally not) sort parameters when the outline
is marked to sort alphabetically. I don't know about you guys/gals, but
99.999% of the time I have the outline sorted alphabetically. The only
piece I don't want sorted alphabetically are the parameters, so when I look
up parameter info (since content assist doesn't show parameter descriptions,
and per the rejected RFE

it won't get them), I have to unsort, re-expand the parameters, then when
I'm done getting what I want, I need to resort.
