Hi Sam,

From my experience, your BP will still need to place an order. Then you can use your Customer Number/Order number to access the software and download once approved for Online Order Status. That took me a couple of days, but I was able to do the download over the weekend.

Good luck,
David

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Download RDP 8.5 From ESS - Possible?

We have SWMA and an entitlement for 5733RDG, RDP RPG&COBOL Dev Tool. So I figured I'd go out to the ESS site and download RDP 8.5. But I can't find it there. Granted, I'm not on the site very often, but I thought that's where I got RDP 8.0, but maybe I set that up through our BP. Am I missing something here?

For now, I'm off to the site that Kurt Anderson provided and will try from there:
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/downloads/r/rdp/

Hopefully I can use our existing activation kit. (Thought I do remember that I had to call IBM Support to find out how to download that.)

Sam
