Please send me directly more information about the issue of copy/pasting a
procedure into the soruce where the D-spec values have Unknown data type.

It appears that the automatic refresh of the outline is not always picking
up field definitions and/or is not synching up with content assist.
For example, I'll be creating a procedure, adding in the variables, then
moving onto the freeform C-specs and content assist has no idea about the
D-specs. When I open up the outline, I see that the variables are there,
and they have definitions applied to them. It's not until I click on the
manual outline refresh button that content assist is aware of these new
D-specs.
Another scenario is when I'm copy/pasting a procedure into the source. The
new procedure shows up in the outline, but all the D-spec values have an
Unknown data type.
