I have noticed in RDP8.5 in the Remote Systems panel in the Objects list, my last filter cannot be moved up in my list of filters. Also my 2nd to the last filter cannot be moved down, however I can move it up. This applies to executing a right click and choosing the 'Move Up' or 'Move Down' menu option in the pop-up menu. Also when I attempt to drag and drop a filter to rearrange the list the drag and drop feature appears to be ignored.
Not a huge issue, but an inconvenience.

Thanks Karleen,

This is one of the loose ends we still need to tie up and will be there
soon.

As background explanation. Up till now the outline view used the front
end
of the compiler (program verifier) to compute its information.
The advantage was that the information was exactly what the compiler would
have computed.
The disadvantage was that it was not designed to be called in a
lightweight
fashion on each keystroke. So a live outline view, would have performed
abysmally.

So what we have done is write a parser from scratch that will compute all
the information on the fly and it reuses information from the IBM i (like
file record/field information) from the last call. In this fashion we can
update the information on each keystroke. We have the flexibility to
improve and add more information that the program verifier did not
compute.
However, it will take a while before we tweak it to behave just like the
compiler.

Please keep reporting discrepancies.
This one we knew about and already have in plan to address for the next
release.

I'm noticing fields defined in D-specs having Internal data type left
blank and having Decimal positions specified, are showing as Character, as
in:

wFieldA : Character(7,0)

The compiler still assumes them to be Packed Decimal, but I'm just
sayin'...
