There is a toolbar button in the Outline view to have the entries sorted
alphabetically.

I noticed that Subroutines now display in the outline as the order they are
in the source. Weren't they alphabetized before? This does make sense in
that procedures were always in the order they appeared in the source.

However, this makes me consider putting in an RFE to have the subroutines &
procedures listed in alphabetical order. Does anyone else place their
procedures in the source alphabetically in order to make the outline list
them alphabetically (and thus make them easier to find in the outline)?
