I'm good to go now. When I downloaded the keys the first time I selected to download all three at once and it put it into one .jar file but just downloaded each one into separate .jar files and tried to import each one separately and the third one was successful.

Thanks

I've found the support team for RDP to be reasonable in their response on issues I've reported to them in the past.

As for your licensing issue, is it a case where you have a set number of licenses, and they're all applied? Don't exactly recall how the licensing works, though...

Contacting IBM for support?

I don't mean to sound rude with that question. This list is not IBM support - it's very cool that some of the Rational support team watch this list, so I hope they'll give you the answer.

It makes me wonder - how easy is it to get to support for RDP? I don't know a number, but I have never needed one. I suspect there's a place on the website to initiate a support request.

The IBM i support has always felt pretty easy to work with - I hope it's just as easy with Rational products like this.

I had to reinstall RDP 8 but having a hard time trying to re apply the license key. I've download and installed RDP 8. I also have downloaded the Authorization User Kit with the .jar file but when I launch the Installation manager to import the product key and browse to the .jar file in the repository input box. The next button or finish button doesn't highlight and not sure where to go from here.

Any suggestions of what I'm missing?
