Yes, that does tend to indicate that as the problem. Have you googled for the Java toolbox ports? They may give you some clue as to what you need.

I'm thinking that as-rmtcmd might be needed, along with a couple of others.

There seem to be jobs running for the student who was able to get the shell working Joe. She is fully
signed on to the network - which I am not. There's nothing for my Id. Which is further evidence that
there are some blocked ports in play here as they are using the identical version of RDP to the one I am
using.
