I forget if you mentioned it. Is the QB5ROUTER job running? It runs in
QUSRWRK on our system, but I think that can be different based on
configuration. If not you can try executing the STRDBGSVR command.
There's a way to right-click on something in the Remote Systems view and
start it, but I don't recall off-hand--our System Administrator starts it
(or rather has it started in our system startup routine. Either way, it
requires some specific authority. That is why our Admin starts it.
