I have some constants in a copybook setup for error codes as used for
monitor statements (

list (edit and add if you want), but I add this in many of my
programs. The problem is that when I want to add one, I type in
"on-error FILE_" and press Ctrl-Space to get my list of options and,
most of the time, nothing shows up. I see the fields are in the
outline, so I am wondering why they don't always show up.
