Hi Brian,

This is a known issue with RDP 8.0. Base Eclipse made some changes to
their help system, and when we moved up to Eclipse 3.6 for v8.0, those
changes broke our CL F1 help.

This will be addressed in the next service pack after 8.0.0.1.

[WDSCI-L] Fw: RDP - Problem with Help?

Anyone else encountering this minor issue? I am Using RDPv7.6 and RDPv8.0
to type in some RPG IV and CL source code.

Within the RPGLE member I can hit the F1 (Help) key on an operation, (e.g.
READ) and both RDPv7.6 and RDPv8.0 both take me to the Operation Codes
section in the reference manual. OK ? no problem.

Within the CLLE source member I hit Help on a CL command, (e.g. SNDMSG).
RDPv7.6 takes me to the specific command help. However, RDPv8.0 takes me
to an introductory section for Rational Developer. (I have to manually
navigate through the TOC to find the relevant command help.)

Is it just me ? or does the same happen for you?
