This http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/egl/ is the original home page for the proposal - and on the page it says that the project has been created - but that link appears to be circular. But that page describes the way the language works and has a couple of video links etc. I did download the Community Edition at one time and could not get it to work properly on my Mac. ABout time I tried again I guess.
