Didn't work - debug still won't center the execution line after using
-clean.

This problem has been reported through the PMR channel.
As a workaround, if you copy the source to the local machine (or access it
over a samba mount), and use a "File System Directory" source container,
you should see that the "Debugger Editor" is used, and that setting to
work. (That setting only applies to the Debugger Editor.)
