I was able to install WDSC V7 on windows 7 following the procedures outlined
on this page:

There is a cleanup procedure, it you have an unsuccessful install. You will
need to download a 1.4 gb update file. You will link to this file during
the install process.
We are on V5R4.

I've loaded the most recent version of Installation manager and have a
repository with all the WDSC 7 patches of which I'm aware. But when I
install I get the following error:
