Andy,

I'm using the iSeries Editing perspective (freeware by SoftLanding).

It gives you the possibility to have the source maximized, and (in my case) has the outline conveniently located in a fixed column at the right of the screen.

On my widescreen monitor this works just fine.

YMMV of course.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Content Assist (ctrll/space) and refreshing outline
viewwhen do not have outline refresh visable at 7.0 WDSC

I'm using version 7.0 WDSC with all the last updates applied for that
version.

I use content assist all the time and when I'm working with my source
its
such a handy feature.

More often then not I have my source covering the whole screen. One
dimensional kind of guy :}

As I'm working my source I want to refresh the outline view
periodically to
make it easier to retrieve new stuff I've added in content assist so
I've
been double clicking my source to minimize it then hitting the refresh
outline view then double click my source to work with it.

Is there a quicker way to do this? Is there a quicker way to do this at
7.6?

If this is the only way to do it that's fine cause it is only a few
steps to
refresh the outline view on the other hand if I'm missing the
obvious........

Thanks
