FWIW: I've always struggled getting RDI / RDP to behave properly with multiple languages installed on a machine.

Some of the I18N behaviors in Eclipse seem inconsistent.

The only way I've been able to get it to fully adopt a different language is to change the Windows default language (VM's are my friend).
