I think I see it now. You have to go to "preview" mode, where you can see
the entire screen, but not alter it. I wish I could display all during
editing to line up headers and subfile fields. I also see, in the source,
that the subfile records are positioned relative to each other, ex. +2 for
a position. Screen designer doesn't seem to indicate that anywhere, and it
will not let you alter this value, so you have to edit in DDS source.

Yes it can - in fact it is very similar to the way that CODE Designer
worked. You have to create a group of the records you want to appear
together. I can't get to Designer right now but if I recall correctly
you need to switch from Design Records to Design Screens - radio
button in the are above the design window. You may have hidden it at
some point and need to click the little arrow thingy to bring it back.
