Hi Peter, how will you present the case? If you could prove that 20m a day would be saved then you don't need much of an argument.

Joe, where do you get 20m a day from? I suppose that's just an educated guess. If only we could really mesure something. Is there nowhere that IBM makes claims that a developper will increase productivity? That might give me the punch I need.
