If I paste your source into notepad, I only find one occurrence of the
string--same results as WDSC 7.0.0.8

You could always try starting your workspace with the -clean switch as
documented in
http://wiki.midrange.com/index.php/WDSCi_troubleshooting#Compile_buttons.2Fkeystrokes_not_working_and_other_miscellaneous_problems

I've found that to cure a world of ills.
