It look like maybe that was one of the files that was having a
problem, It looks like it get reset when I opened up WDSCi and had the
welcome page. It didn't have anything in it other than 1 pgm I had opened
up after the problem

..\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench\workbench.xml seems to
hold the state of the workbench. Look for <editor...> tags.

I found this by doing a search of all files changed today :-)
