The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Installed Data Studio IDE with RDI-SOA(1), I have done a little playing with it but am very disappointed in that the Visual Explain is not compatible with a DB2/400 (IBM i 6.1) connection. The documentation says it can V.E. Oracle 10gR2 and 11gR1 DBs.
Going to submit a DCR.
(1) When Instillation manager comes to the install package screen, it has something like "create new package or update package" selection. Select update package and select the package your RDI is installed in. I had RDI already running so it wouldn't allow me to update it so I ended RDI, clicked the "create new package" and then clicked "update package" and it allowed me to update the RDI package, little kludge but it worked.
