How do you make it work?

I pressed shift F4 (F16) and it always tells me "TAB1" not found. Even
tho I haven't typed anything to search for . and no matter what I type in
the dialog box, I get "TAB1" not found.

Heh,

I just discovered F16 in LPEX works like in SEU and you don't need to open
up the find dialog box. After all these years!

And what's that ctrl + E?? Opens up some kind of dialog box giving the
path to the file in the workspace, but I can type stuff in it.
