I encounter the same behavior, but it is not limited to 7.5.
I get it in my 7.0 as well.
So far I"ve just restarted rather than try to track down the source of the
problem.

Clarification: This seems to happen only AFTER I've recompiled a program.

But refreshing the SEP entry doesn't help, no does removing the entry and
resetting it.
