First thing I do is switch view to show *listing which is available by
using *my default compiler options for the SQL programs. AFAIK the
compiler defaults have not changed. *SOURCE is all I see for the debug
view.

For the one RPGLE program I have to compile it specifying DBGVIEW = *LIST
to enable the option to switch view to show *listing.

I am using /copy (not /include).

I went through all the preferences again and cleared the cache where ever
there was a preference to do so.

I'll give it a go again this morning and see what happens.

I may have to try STRDBG if the RSE behavior doesn't improve (and that
would definitely be a bummer).
