I know in RDi 7.5 the Outline Refresh (among many other things) runs in
the background. So you can click refresh and nothing locks up. Most of
the "slow" processes in RDi seem to have been moved into the background in
7.5. I have been on 7.5 for a couple of months and I am really enjoying
it compared to my WDSC 6.0 installation.

Subject
[WDSCI-L] Enhancement Request for Outline Refresh

Ok, refreshing an outline on a large program takes time. I'm sure we've
complained enough about that. But, while we wait, we can't do anything in
WDSCi, because the entire application is busy. If I refresh an outline,
it'd be nice if only that particular tab was busy. Then I could move on
to another tab and get some work done.

Thoughts? I could have sworn I was in an application that had that sort
of capability recently, although I don't remember what it was.
