I use two 17" monitors (pilfered from users who left our company). I also run UltraMon, which allows me to easily size a program to the whole span of the monitor, so I run programs like OpenOffice Calc, WDSCi, etc stretched the whole way across both monitors. I keep my code in the left screen (directly in front of me), and move all of the tabbed dialogs (iSeries messages/table view/command log/QuantumDB SQL command/etc full-size on the screen to the right. If I need to open a different pgm, such as a green screen, I can plop it on the right-hand side and still see my code.

I suppose I *could* be productive with just one monitor...but it's not as much fun! ^_^;
