You can also do it in WDSc, when the monitor box comes up with the field name or you enter the field name in, add ":c 2048" (without quotes). It should then show you the entire field. Also if you double click the field in the monitor pane it will allow you to scroll right and left.

monitor the statement, it only shows the first 128 (or something like that)
characters. Is there a way to set the monitor to show all of the characters.
I know I can do this on the green-screen, but I would prefer not to have to
do that.
