I am going into day 3 of my quest for 7.5, but I think we are getting
closer.
I assume you were able to download from Passport Advantage? Evidently,
our BP did not place the order through PA for us, so it can not be
updated that way. The PA people do not think we are entitled. The Rdi
group is telling me the download is only available on PA. Kind of a
catch 22.
My BP is contacting IBM inside sales today to see if they can get a
refresh/media kit sent from that side of the house...
