This has happened to me a few times (still trying to duplicate it). I
just do the same thing to stop (press the fast view).

I am up to date on updates.

I have experienced the same behavior. I can stop the flipping by
bringing up the RSE view (I have it in 'fast view').

I haven't been that concerned about it since we will be going to RDi
soon.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Strange RSE behaviour

Searched the archives, maybe my terms are wrong, and I am not sure how
to describe this but sometimes when I open a new member for editing, it
will open and then switch to the one I already have open and proceed to
switch back and forth from one to the other very fast.
The other day, with three members open, I could switch to the third and
stop the flashing.
Today with only two members open, I stopped it at first by changing to
the Quantum DB perspective. But the second time I had to end WDSC
because even in another perspective, I could see the title changing back
and forth.
When I started WDSC up again, both source members were open and not
switching.

WDSC Version: 7.0.0 Build id: 20070202_0030
Remote System Explorer Build id: 20070514
Detail top line on RSE about screen says v7.1.10.v20080630
In other words, I loaded the last updates I saw on this list.

Has anyone else ever seen this? And how did you fix it?

tia for any help,

Dave B
