Once installed, can the folder with the unzipped files be deleted? If
not, where should one create folders for plug-ins like this?
<install_root>/SDP70Shared/plugins ???

To Install for version 7.0:

1) Unzip the .zip file
2) Go into Rational and click on Help/Software updates/Find and
Install
3) click on "Search for new features to install" and click next
4) click on "New local site"
5) navigate to the folder where you unzip the zip file and click OK
6) then install

These instructions can now be found on the wiki
