As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

There's no money to be had trying to write System i extensions for standard Eclipse and there are very few (zero?) System i programmers who both have the skill set (Java, Eclipse internals, i/os concepts), inclination and free time to do it by themselves. The only hope is some sort of open source initiative that we ourselves start and nurture.

I have an abiding interest but no Java skill set.
