WAS JSP class dependency problem

Hello!

I am running WDSC 7.0.0 with WAS 6.1.0.17 on Windows XP. I made a
Dynamic Web Project ("Schedule Web") that references another project
in my workspace ("Schedule Common"). However, in view.jsp, which
requires a class in Schedule Common, I get the following error:

Error 404: SRVE0203E: Servlet [/view.jsp]: org.apache.jsp._view was
found, but is missing another required class. SRVE0206E: This error
typically implies that the servlet was originally compiled with
classes which cannot be located by the server. SRVE0187E: Check your
classpath to ensure that all classes required by the servlet are
present.SRVE0210I: This problem can be debugged by recompiling the
servlet using only the classes in the application's runtime classpath
SRVE0234I: Application classpath=[...]

N.B.: the huge redacted classpath list ("...") contains
[workspace]\Schedule Common\bin, so it should be able to find Schedule
Common.

I changed WEB-INF/ibm-web-ext.xmi and added the line
<jspAttributes xmi:id="JSPAttribute_5" name="jdkSourceLevel" value="15"/>
to get rid of a error the server spat at me, if it makes any difference.

I added Schedule Common to the J2EE Module Dependencies of both
Schedule Web and Schedule WebEAR. I also exported Schedule Common as a
jar and put it in places where I thought the server would look. I
still get the same error.

A test JSP that just uses the standard Java library works.

Could someone please help me resolve this error?
