The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I'd love an official answer to this question, but my guess is that you
can connect with both WDSC and RDi. It depends on how IBM packaged the
'back end' that runs on the i. If 5733-RDI has different code than
5722-WDS, then maybe not.
Ouch... I do hope that WDSC will go on working...
Just imagine : when (if ?) I upgrade to RDI, I'll have to use Eclipse for
java development = 2 softwares instead of 1,
and if half my customers need WDSC and the other half RDI = 3 softwares
instead of 1 ?
