It seems to me, from the screen capture, that the source member was opened in the Basic LPEX Editor rather than in the Remote Systems LPEX Editor. RS LPEX detects the sequence numbers and sets the appropriate parameter in the editor, Basic LPEX won't do that automatically. And you're probably not getting an outline view either?!
