I currently have a PMR open w/ IBM regarding this type of issue.

It seems on the second verify/compile of any source it takes forever to
get the error list refreshed. I have noticed an excessive amount of
logging in job QZRCSRVS referring to some user spaces called IDExxxxxxx.
Check out this job and see if you have this logging occurring. Also,
immediately after a very/compile you will notice this job using 2-4% of
the CPU for about 1 minute or more (for my system).
