Hi Dave,

Is workbench the same as workspace? I created a new workspace, but does
that mean I also have to recreate all of my filters (I have a lot). I'd
like to get my filters into the new workspace, but didn't see a means to
do so (via import or migration - though you can't migrate from the same
version).

Kurt,

I had an issue like that once, and the only thing that worked was
switching to another workbench. I suspect there's some specific file or
directory structure issue in the workbench, but I haven't had the time
to pursue it, since the new workbench resolved the problem. I'll be
interested to see what responses you get on it.

I'm on Version 7.0.0, Build ID: 20070202_0030. (Should be most recent,
just ran installation manager and found no new updates.)

I have an issue with my cache not refreshing. For example, I verified
a
source with Refresh Cache selected and I get no errors. Then I verify
that same source again w/o refreshing, and I'm getting errors. Where
it
really gets annoying is when my outline doesn't reflect changes from a
copy source (e.g. exported procedure prototypes).

I have gone to Window > Preferences > Remote Systems > File Cache and
clicked on "Clear Cached Files".
I also went to Window > Preferences > Remote Systems > iSeries > Cache
and clicked on "Clear Cache".

Am I missing something? I tried looking through the archives but
everything I find points me to clearing the caches as I have done
(multiple times actually).
