That would be the problem. IBM has not preloaded much in content assist for
us COBOL programmers, and especially not for OPM. I believe that you can
add your own, but even then I'm not sure it works in OPM. I have not used
OPM COBOL for a long time.

Now that I am looking at content assist more, I believe the reason it is
not working for me is because we only have four templates installed for
Cobol and they are all Context - ILE COBOL. We use OPM Cobol.
